At Touchline, we recognise the importance of our environmental and social impact and are committed to a policy of ongoing care for the environment. In support of this goal, we consider the impact to the environment of all our operations and activities and ensure this impact is minimised. Health & Safety Procedures are in place to promote a safe working environment, we adhere to the legal minimum wage, including overtime pay, maximum hours of work, holiday entitlement and maternity leave.

- Ensure compliance with all current, relevant legislation
- Prevent pollution to water, air and land caused by our activities
- Where possible, we reuse all cardboard which enters our warehouse. If the cardboard is not fit for reuse, we recycle through a third party
- Our clothing range is available to view via our website at no cost, making it the most environmentally friendly catalogue
- We offer our customers an E-Billing service where all invoices and statements are received via email, cutting down on the use of excess paper
- Our delivery Service, UPS, follow their own environmental policy in relation to Air Emission, Resource Conservation and waste management
- Allocate suitable and sufficient resources which enable the company to achieve its environmental aims and objectives
- Consider the effects that our operations may have on the local community
- Act to eliminate or reduce, as far as practicable, any potential risk to the environment
- Follow a path of continual improvement in our environmental performance
- Ensure employees are trained and fully engaged in the management of environmental issues
- Ensure effective and expedient incident control, investigation and reporting
- Assess and address the risks and opportunities related to our operations

Directors, management and all staff have responsibilities for the communication and implementation of the policy and must ensure that environmental issues are given adequate consideration in the planning and day-to-day operations.
All employees are expected to co-operate and assist in the implementation of this policy, whilst ensuring that their own work, so far as reasonably practicable, is carried out without risk to themselves, others or the environment. This includes co-operating with management on any environment-related matters.
